Crafters Gallery Member Agreement

	The initial term for this agreement is six (6) months.
	My effective start date is the day my items are published in the Crafters Gallery Mall.
	After the initial six (6) month term, I understand that services will continue at the normal published rate (please see our fee schedule for current rates) until I give notification requesting cancellation.

 

	Handmade Treasures agrees to provide the following services: Design, develop and establish your own pages within our Crafters Gallery Mall to be used and occupied by you solely for the display and sale of handcrafted items only Display your page's personal information only as is provided and approved by you Supply a link to your site on each of your personal pages and our Crafters Link Page Advertise the website to the best of our abilities Provide graphic manipulation of your files as necessary Handmade Treasures will absorb and pay the usual costs related to establishing our Crafters Gallery Website and we agree to maintain our website on a continuous bases.  We will not be liable for problems associated with the world wide web or it's usage by you or our visitors.
	Your web pages are personal to you and not transferable.
	Our fee schedule is made part of this agreement by this reference.  All fees stated are in U.S. dollars ($).
	Handmade Treasures may amend this agreement or any schedule forming a part of this agreement (for example only, the fee schedule) from time to time and at any time by posting the changes within this agreement under the heading "amendments".  Any posted amendment shall become binding within 30 days after it is first posted on the site.  You are responsible for periodically reviewing the  the Member Agreement and amendments.  Your continued use of the site shall constitute your acceptance of the agreement as amended.  If you do not agree to any such amendment, you must notify us immediately.
	I understand that Handmade Treasures shall be owed a fee per our current fee schedule, due and payable upon execution of this agreement, for the listing of my items on the site whether or not such item ultimately sells.

 

	Regarding items that are displayed within our site: I guarantee handmade-treasures.com that all items submitted for publication within our site is my own company's original work, handcrafted by the submitting artist. I understand that items displayed within the catalog must be available for immediate delivery unless they are made to order items.   I understand that if any item advertised within Handmade Treasures Gallery cannot be delivered in a timely manner, is no longer available or impossible to deliver, I must notify Handmade Treasures immediately to remove the item from the catalog.  Any problem incurring with delays in shipment will null and void this agreement and you will forfeit any current or future relationships with Handmade Treasures. I agree that Handmade Treasures may use any graphics or information provided by me for publication in our Gallery Mall to promote the site. Handmade Treasures shall in its sole discretion, have the right of final determination on the acceptability of all crafts displayed for sale as well as the design, nature and content of the web pages. You are responsible for collection of all shipping, handling and payment of any applicable taxes related to the sales of your crafts, unless you have selected us to accept payment on your behalf.  Please see our fee schedule for current rates.
	I understand that my order may be refused by Handmade Treasures for any reason.
	You will be dealing directly with the consumer and you will not have recourse against Handmade Treasures for any reason.
	You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Handmade Treasures from any claims for any reason.
