Hi, my name is Sue and I live locally here in Whitehouse Station, NJ USA. I love to cook and experiment with different ideas and recipes. My friend had always served this delicious sweet and spicy jelly whenever she entertained and everyone always loved it! I loved it as well and couldn't keep enough of it in the house, so I decided to try to make it myself! Well, the result was overwhelming. My friend said it was even better than the brand that she was buying! Everyone told me that I should sell it, as it was too good to keep it to myself. I though that I would try it locally and made up a batch to donate to the Whitehouse Fire Company Craft Show. I made 30 jars and sold 30 jars! So here it is, just for you! Please note that we do not keep a lot on hand. Please allow 48 hours for large orders or between batches. Thanks for understanding.
Pineapple & Habanero Jelly
Pour over cream cheese or warm brie and serve with your favorite crackers for a sweet and spicy appetizer
or snack. It makes a better dipping sauce for egg rolls and crispy
noodles! I call it jelly, but it's more like preserves as it has chunks
of pineapple, bell pepper and onion. There are three sizes
available, I even have sample jars so you can have a taste!

Mango Chipotle with Hot Pepper Sauce
Here is a smoky version of our Pineapple Habanero Jelly, but made with mangos instead. This is one that my Father in Law asked me to make. It came out really good. It's sweet and spicy as well but also has a smoky flavor. It can be poured over cream cheese or warm brie and served with your favorite crackers. Makes a great dip for pretzels as well!
